  8.    As long as you have the aic driver compiled into your sources.  This
  9.    driver will correctly probe on an Adaptec 1522 as well, but will not
  10.    access any of the SCSI devices correctly.

  12. To me, that statement seems misleading.  The aic6360 driver is reported
  13. to work on SoundBlasters and other devices with 6360 chips.  It is
  14. reported to not work on 6260 chips, like in the 1522.
